Domestic shipping (Japan): 4 – 7 business days 

International shipping: 2 – 3 weeks 

Please be aware that once you place your order, the delivery address cannot be edited.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and gets into work. When processed, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Please note that the shipping times provided are estimated. Perlamutra cannot take responsibility for any delays happening due to customs or delivery company's situations. We hope for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEE

Perlamutra is unable to advise the exact amount of customs or duty fees. Buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees that may occur upon the delivery based on the import requirements of the country of import.
