Refund policy

Please note that due to health protection and hygienic reasons, press-on nails and other nail care supplies are not suitable for returns. Thus, please be aware that perlamutra does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased in the wrong size or/and design.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

In case the item ("press-on nails" inside the case or parts of "application kit") arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at perlamutra.contact@gmail.com for a further assistance.

For return to be accepted, the item must meet the criteria mentioned below:

                - Be in the same condition as when you received it.
                - Be unused, with all the application kit items included.
                - Be in its original package.
                - Be approved by us for the refund.

 

To be eligible for receiving a refund, you will need to provide any proof of purchase.

We will proceed your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned package in its original condition with the product and package meeting all the criteria.
